Shipping Policy – White Trash Studios

Thank you for shopping with White Trash Studios. Below you’ll find important information about how your order is processed and shipped.

Order Processing Time
Thank you for your patience while we fulfill your order. All products are made to order, with processing times of 3–7 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–20 business days depending on material availability, and processing times may vary slightly based on demand.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–20 business days after shipment

  • International: Apologies, currently we DO NOT ship Internationally.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items
Most of our graphic t-shirts and apparel items are produced on demand. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs, but may slightly extend processing times compared to in-stock items.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. Customers will be responsible for the full reshipment cost if incorrect information is provided after the shipment is sent.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, White Trash Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
